For over 75 years Wulf Johannsen has been the big name in the field of engine repair. The range of services and products comprises the repair of marine diesel engines and of any kind of vehicle and stationary engines down to custom-made special spare parts.

- 24/7 maintenance service not only available for industrial and marine engines but also for driving and operating components such as pumps, compressors and gearboxes. These sections have been complemented by a new department for service and maintenance work on modern generator sets and power stations. Our technical staff are factory trained and certified with special training on gas and diesel engines and are available with their comprehensive expertise and equipment in both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- About 50 staff members ensure round-the-clock service and our service technicians work all over the world. Apart from overall and partial installations, measuring and line-boring of main bearing brackets and milling cylinder liner supports in the engine frame are part of their specialities. These jobs - and also the manufacture and installation of L+Z rings - are carried out using mobile heavy-duty equipment.
- The workshop area on our premises in Kiel is equipped with a multitude of machines that enable us, for instance, to grind big crankshafts up to 8.000mm and to manufacture the corresponding specially-dimensioned bearings.
