Manufacturing of plain bearings

We manufacture bearing sleeves, bushings, and bearing shells in a wide range of materials, including non-ferrous metals, stainless steels, and other alloys to meet diverse requirements.
To ensure optimal fit and precision, we also machine the bearing surfaces directly on the components themselves.
Small batch production
Pumps, Compressors, Shafts & Axles
We manufacture or process components for pumps, compressors, generators, electric motors, or other end products upon request, even in small batch quantities.
In addition to machining or manufacturing rotationally symmetrical parts such as shafts and axles, we also process motor and gearbox housings using our precision boring mills.
Typical machining processes include turning, grinding (including taper grinding), fine boring, honing, facing, and metal coating using cold gas spraying or METCO wire flame spraying.
