Wulf Johannsen at the 4th North German Biogas Industry Meeting

On June 25, 2020, Wulf Johannsen presented its range of services at the 4th North German Biogas Industry Meeting in Rendsburg. The sales team is very pleased with the result. The stand was well attended by both regular customers and new interested parties due to the efficient hygiene concept of the organiser, and inspiring conversations were held.

The main focus was emission reduction in accordance with the 44th BImSchV (Federal Emission Control Act). In this context Wulf Johannsen offers an ideal solution with the STORM NOx-Logger to continuously monitor the nitrogen oxide emissions as required by law and to prove the effective continuous operation of the exhaust after-treatment - easy to install, suitable for all common engine types and flexibly expandable.

In addition, visitors were able to learn about the new complete service package "Emission Possible" for the annual emission measurement of gas and diesel engines. Wulf Johannsen offers not only the execution of the measurement in cooperation with renowned German testing institutes, but also an "all-round carefree package", ranging from joint planning to the coordination of all required activities and, if necessary, adjustments of the system.

Also on display was ETC-1000, an innovative system for increasing engine efficiency and reducing emissions from power generation plants. As part of an exclusive sales and installation partnership between the STORM Group and Bowman Power Group, the English specialist for energy recovery, Wulf Johannsen is the exclusive distributor of this technology in the North. By converting exhaust heat into electrical energy, fuel consumption can be reduced or performance increased, while at the same time the system lowers CO2 and unburned hydrocarbon emissions.

At the accompanying lectures on current legal and technical industry topics, Wulf Johannsen's colleagues took the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and engage in networking.
