Wulf Johannsen is optimistic: New year, new projects.

Wulf Johannsen has made a good start to the new year and is well prepared for 2019 - also thanks to trend-setting investments in the previous year.

Standing its ground in an international environment, opening an additional office and further increasing the density and quality of the network with the new partner company WJ POWER - in 2018 Wulf Johannsen made great progress. Managing Director Jan-Willem Storm summarizes the past year: "The newly created location in Bremen enables even faster ways to the customer. And with the new partner company WJ POWER, we are bringing additional horsepower onto the road, which we are directly converting into customer benefits. WJ POWER develops, produces and sells engines, combustion engines and other systems for CHP applications and provides related services. Thanks to the affiliated cooperation with the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, innovative research and technology knowledge can be directly translated into customer solutions.

"Even closer to the customer" is one of the topics for 2019. Storm: "Whether service, sales, repair or maintenance, personal, trust-based contact with the customer is particularly important to us. That's why we rely on permanent, personally responsible contact persons for every area".

In 2019, the North German medium-sized company will also continue to invest in new machines and tools and expand the portfolio and know-how of its workforce.

When it comes to customer communication, we strive to be at the latest state of the art: "We want to adapt our dialogue even better to the needs of our customers. For us, this also includes the up-to-date exchange of information and knowledge, for example via social networks such as Linkedin, as well as a digital newsletter."

This year's steady growth will create new jobs, and new apprentices will also receive training. Storm: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank my team and express my great appreciation for their outstanding commitment".

The changes are therefore continuing in the industry and at Wulf Johannsen. Storm: "We have a lot on our agenda again - so that we will continue to be the first choice for our customers".
